Free Burnout Saturdays
Client Appreciation Day Promo. A Fitness Class that follows the instruction of constant moving and progression overload, lead by the instruction of USC's Founder, Timothy Matthews. Perfect for large groups.
Free Saturday Personal Training Session
Client Appreciation Day Promo where you can book a free personal training session and even bring others along all Summer along EVERY Saturday. If you are a group of more than 5, book under the Free Saturday burnout session.
In Person Evaluation/Assessment
For individuals that would like to be physically assessed before booking their session. This helps if you're confused about your capabilities/confidence or if you just need to understand the readiness of your body before participating in physical activities. Also great if you would like to understand your biomechanics and the approach to take to accomplish your goals.
USC's Burnout Classes
Group workout sessions are available to individuals that want to be involved in wider group activity. Currently on Mondays and Wednesdays. Perfect if you want to bring your workout partner(s) along!
Available for all levels. Currently available during the SUMMER ONLY.

Goals of the training program is meant to get you to your goals and unlocking your potential through a step by step system based on your level after your assessment. (Mandatory Initiation upon registering for this program!) -We train for your initiation if necessary. (All Levels)

Strength and Conditioning Session
Ideal for those wanting to focus on mobility, becoming stronger and faster. You'll learn to properly understand your body's biomechanics. Ideal for athletes or individuals that would like athletic / hybrid style training.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, if cancellation is necessary, you're ONLY able to do so through your booking. A cancellation fee of 19.85%-19.95% of booking price WILL be applied. It is required that you do this within 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged.
